Loklok Troubleshooting Guide

Running into an issue with Loklok? Most problems have a quick fix. Find your issue below and follow the steps to resolve it.

🤖 Android Issues

APK Won't Install

Android is blocking the installation of the APK file.

How to fix it

Open Settings → Security (or Privacy)

Find "Install Unknown Apps" or "Unknown Sources"

Enable it for your browser or file manager

Retry installing the APK

App Crashes on Launch

Loklok opens briefly then closes, or freezes immediately.

How to fix it

Go to Settings → Apps → Loklok → Clear Cache & Data

Restart your Android device

If it persists, uninstall and reinstall the latest APK
Videos Buffering or Not Loading

Playback stalls, freezes, or never starts.

How to fix it
1
Check your Wi-Fi or mobile data connection

Disable VPN if active

Lower the playback quality in the video player

Close other apps running in the background

Subtitles Not Showing

Subtitles are missing or not in the expected language.

Tap the subtitle icon in the player controls

Select your preferred language from the list

📺 Smart TV & Android TV Issues

The code 342029 doesn't load anything in Downloader.

How to fix it

Try the full URL instead: http://loklok.pub/tv.apk

Make sure you're entering the code in the URL/search field

Check that your TV has a working internet connection

Loklok launches but crashes or freezes on TV.

How to fix it

Go to TV Settings → Apps → Loklok → Clear Cache

Restart the TV and try again

Uninstall and reinstall using the Downloader method

Connect TV via Ethernet for the most stable connection

📱 iPhone & iPad Issues

App won't open after installation on iPhone.

Web Version Not Loading on iPhone

loklok.tv won't load or shows an error in Safari.

How to fix it
